Acceptable Use Policy

1. Authorized Content

You may upload and animate characters, images, logos, and other materials that you own, created yourself, are licensed to use, or are otherwise authorized to use for your intended purpose. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights and permissions for materials you submit to MaskotGen and for your use of those materials.

2. Intellectual Property

You must not use MaskotGen to knowingly infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, personality rights, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights. Do not upload or animate characters, brands, or other protected assets without sufficient rights or authorization.

3. Real-Person Impersonation and Deepfakes

MaskotGen is primarily designed for mascots, fictional characters, and branded characters. You must not use the service to create deceptive or unauthorized representations of real people, including:

• Deceptive deepfakes or unauthorized impersonation.
• Fabricated statements or actions attributed to real individuals.
• Misleading content intended to make viewers believe a real person said or did something they did not say or do.

4. Fraud and Deception

You must not use MaskotGen for any of the following:

• Fraud, scams, phishing, or identity theft.
• Fraudulent advertising or financial deception.
• Malicious social engineering.
• Falsely representing an endorsement by another person or organization.

5. Sexual and Exploitative Content

You must not use MaskotGen to create any of the following:

• Pornography or sexually explicit content.
• Non-consensual intimate content or sexual exploitation.
• Sexualized content involving minors or child sexual abuse material.

6. Child Safety

Any use of MaskotGen that exploits, endangers, sexualizes, or facilitates harm toward minors is prohibited.

7. Violence and Illegal Activity

You must not use MaskotGen to facilitate illegal or criminal activity, credible threats of violence, terrorism, or violent extremism.

8. Harassment and Hate

You must not use MaskotGen to create content intended to seriously harass or threaten individuals or to promote hatred or violence against protected groups.

9. Deceptive Political Synthetic Media

You must not use MaskotGen to create deceptive synthetic media that falsely represents real political candidates, public officials, or other real individuals as making statements or endorsements, or performing actions, that did not occur. This restriction does not prohibit ordinary fictional or mascot content that discusses political subjects.

10. Security Abuse

You must not use MaskotGen to facilitate malware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized access, malicious social engineering, or other abusive cybersecurity activity.

11. Platform and Credit Abuse

You must not:

• Circumvent generation limits.
• Manipulate credit balances or bypass billing.
• Create multiple accounts primarily to exploit promotional credits or automate account creation for credit farming.
• Abuse APIs or infrastructure.
• Intentionally interfere with MaskotGen systems.

12. Enforcement

MaskotGen reserves the right to restrict generation requests, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, or otherwise limit access when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect the service, or comply with applicable law.

13. Reporting Violations

Report suspected violations to support@maskotgen.com. Include a description of the concern and relevant links or details that can help us review the report. Do not include passwords or other account credentials.

14. Changes to This Policy

MaskotGen may update this Acceptable Use Policy periodically. Material updates will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above.
